2020 Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Members
All members of the corporation are advised that an Annual General Meeting of members will take place as follows:
Time: 10:30 AM
Date: Friday 27 November 2020
Place: Cairns Sheridan Hotel – Sheridan Room, 295 Sheridan Street, Cairns.

QUORUM
Rule 30.3 provides that, if within 30 minutes of the time for the meeting set out in the notice, a quorum is not present, the meeting will be adjourned to the same time of the same day in the next week and to the same place, unless the Directors specify otherwise.
PROXIES
If you cannot attend, you may appoint a proxy by completing the accompanying form and giving it to your proxy. A proxy is a person who has been given the power to vote or attend a meeting on behalf of another member. A person cannot exercise proxies for more than 1 member, corporations cannot be proxies, and the person holding the proxy must also be a member of the corporation. Proxy forms must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled time for the AGM.
